Registration for NANO 2026 will open on 01 June 2026. Detailed information about payment options and terms & conditions will be published on this page closer to the opening date.
NANO 2026 is supported by Science is Cool (SCOOL), a non-profit cultural association promoting educational activities and scientific events aimed at engaging people with science at different levels. To facilitate broad participation at NANO 2026, a VAT-free registration fee will be offered for SCOOL membership (subscription fee: €2).
Fees will cover: full access to the Conference's scientific sessions, program and all related materials, lunches, coffee breaks.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that cancellations are sometimes necessary. Delegates who cancel their attendance before July 31, 2064, at 23:59 (GMT+1) will receive a refund minus 50 € for processing fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellation after July 31, 2026.
Delegates wanting to claim the fee refund, please send by e-mail a written request at info@nm2lab.com
Refunds will be issued after the Conference. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be paid in Euros.
Organisers will not be responsible for any losses incurred by attendees, including (but not limited to) airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
